automatic alignment. The test of intraocular pressure is an
important index for clinical diagnosis of ophthalmology. Our
st-1000p non-contact tonometer adopts non-contact measurement with
no risk of infection, simple operation and easy acceptance by
patients.
air puff tonometer St-1000 adopts Imber-Fick principle and USES
controllable air pulse with linear increasing characteristics to
squeeze the central position of the cornea and deform the cornea to
form a circular plane with a diameter of about 3.6mm2. It is
considered that the air pressure at this time is equal to the
pressure inside the eyeball, and the measured air pressure at this
time is the value of the intraocular pressure directly.
